Pay Township Invoices

The Township Offers a variety of payment methods for your conveinence:

Pay In Person

Call 519-485-0477 to make an appointment at the Township Office, or ring the doorbell (mounted on the glass to the left of the office front doors) to pay using using cash, cheque or debit.

Mail or Courier

Send your payment by Canada Post (regular letter mail) or by courier for express delivery (Purolator, Fedex, UPS, etc.).

Secure Drop Box

At the Township Office, there is a secure drop-box to the right of the main doors; payments can be dropped off during regular office hours as well as after hours. If you require a receipt, please include a note stating the email address or physical address you would like it sent to.

Online Banking

Add the Township as a vendor/payee and use your full property roll number (starting with 3211 no spaces or dashes) as your account number. Send an email to confirming that you have made a payment to your property tax roll, and list the invoice number and your customer number (listed on the invoice) to ensure the payment is applied correctly. If you do not email to inform us of your payment to your property tax roll, a redistribution fee of $15.00 will be charged to transfer the fee.

Pay online with any of the following convenient payment options: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayBright, PayPal, Interac e-Transfer or in person by Debit Card or Cash at Canada Post. A third party convenience fee applies. For more information, please visit:
