PROJECT LOCATION: Ostrander Road between Culloden Line and Pigram Line
PROJECT START DATE: Week of May 27, 2024
TIMELINE: Construction is expected to take approximately 7 weeks to complete
WORK: Pulverizing of the existing asphalt and repaving with one 75mm lift of hot mix asphalt. Township Staff will also complete drainage repairs in the area, such as road culvert replacement and ditching.

The Mount Elgin Parks and Recreation Committee is responsible for organizing and running activities and leagues such as baseball (including managing the diamonds), t-ball and pickleball. The Committee is also planning to install new exercise equipment in the park this summer.
In 2022, the Mount Elgin Parks and Recreation Committee, in partnership with the Hilltop Park Committee, organized a survey to gather public input regarding future improvements for the parks in Mount Elgin.
